Same Street is a warm online community for people living in UK care homes. Safe, free, and designed to reduce loneliness — one connection at a time.
Get in touchSame Street works alongside your existing activities programme — not instead of it.
Residents connect with others across the UK who share their life experiences — loss, life changes, moving into care, and more. Real connection, not just scrolling.
Large text, simple navigation, warm language. No algorithms, no adverts, no noise. Just a gentle space to find companionship.
Adult-only platform with gentle moderation, a published safeguarding policy, ICO-registered data handling, and crisis signposting built in.
Same Street supports resident social engagement and quality of life — both relevant to CQC single assessment framework outcomes.
"When you've walked the same street, you understand."
That's the idea behind Same Street. People don't need to explain themselves here — they just find someone who gets it.
No contract, no commitment. Just a simple introduction.
Email us at hello@samestreet.co.uk to express interest. We'll respond within one working day.
