Wisdom Bridge is a feature on Same Street that connects older members who have life experience to share with younger people seeking guidance. It is a way to feel useful, valued, and connected across generations.

How does Same Street protect elderly users from scams?

Does Same Street support CQC requirements?

Yes. Same Street supports resident social engagement and quality of life — both relevant to CQC single assessment framework outcomes. Care homes can reference resident activity on Same Street in their wellbeing records.

Yes. Same Street is designed to be compatible with social prescribing. If you are a GP, social prescriber, or link worker, you can recommend Same Street as a free community resource for isolated or lonely patients.

What happens to my account if I move care homes?

Nothing changes. Your account, friends, and conversations stay exactly as they are. Simply update your location in your profile settings.

How do I report a safeguarding concern?
